We offer FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated).

Order Processing & Dispatch Time
We process and ship orders quickly:
- Orders typically ship within 2 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the carrier, service level selected, and destination. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak-season volume.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. UGFC Parts is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Address changes requested after the order is processed
